What data we process
When you simply browse this website, we do not actively collect personal data through analytics or marketing tools. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or any other advertising or statistical trackers.
You provide personal data voluntarily only when you submit the “Request a Quote” / “Request a solution” form. In that case we may process the data you fill in:
- full name
- company / municipality / organisation
- phone
- type of customer and the selected solution
- installation site and the selected configuration options (power supply, online data, statistics, photo capture / ANPR)
- description of the situation or notes, and any attached photo or documentation
- the language of the form and the page from which it was submitted
Purpose of processing
We do not use the data for automated marketing, remarketing, profiling or newsletters – no such features exist on this website.

- preparing a quotation
- communication with the enquirer
- proposing a suitable technical solution
- any pre-contractual communication
Legal basis
The processing is necessary in order to handle the request you sent us and to take steps prior to entering into a possible contract, under the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). If the required fields (name and email) are not provided, we cannot handle the enquiry.
Recipients and processors
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be technically processed by service providers necessary for operating the website and delivering the form, namely:
- Resend – the service used to deliver the submitted enquiry by email,
- the website hosting provider, which processes technical server logs necessary for operation and security.
Retention period
Personal data is retained only for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, for subsequent business communication and to comply with any legal obligations.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right:
- of access to your personal data,
- to rectification of inaccurate data,
- to erasure of data,
- to restriction of processing,
- to object to processing, where relevant,
- to data portability, where relevant,
